Garrett holds a BS in Accounting with honors and a Master of Accountancy in Audit/Systems from the University of South Florida. He rose to Audit Special Assignment Manager at KPMG, leading international teams, then co-founded Neu Wave Consulting in 2019 and founded GHRB in November 2023. He is a licensed CPA in Florida and California and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
